Bridgewater, NJ- The Somerset Patriots (22-17, 57-45) defeated the York Revolution (18-19, 50-50) 7-3 at TD Bank Ballpark on Sunday evening. Trailing 3-0 in the bottom of the sixth inning, the Patriots rallied for four runs to claim the lead.
