Kamloops, BC - Kamloops Blazers General Manager Matt Bardsley announced today the signing of 17-year-old forward Jerzy Orchard to a standard WHL education agreement. Orchard is from Delisle, SK and was selected by the Blazers in the fifth round of the 2016 WHL Bantam Draft.
