TULSA, OK - The Tulsa Oilers, proud ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's St. Louis Blues, and Head Coach Rob Murray announced Thursday the return of forward Ryan Tesink and defenseman Mike McKee for the 2018-19 season.
